His academic foundation spans the Federal School of Surveying (Oyo), the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA), and a Master's degree in Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan. His deep relationship with state planning ministries and statutory land registries ensures all client titles and survey plans stand impervious to legal challenge.
